Chill Pass animations are digital products. A purchase is delivered when the animation plays on the creator's stream.
Not delivered? If your animation has not played within 7 days of your payment being confirmed, contact us with your order ID and we will deliver it or refund you.
Payment errors. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges can be refunded. Contact us with your order ID.
Delivery window. If the alert is not delivered within 7 days of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a refund.
Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Any network or processor fees charged by the payment method may apply.
